The registration fee includes refreshments and lunch, the poster reception and conference material.
The following fees apply to those registering online and making payment with a credit/debit card. The credit card discount only applies for those registering by 5 August.
Cancellation and refund policy
The Institute operates a cancellation policy as follows. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understand the T&Cs before registering for the conference. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of fees
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 25 August 2017. After that day, all unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
